What do you do with Meyer Lemons?

A couple from our church brought a basket full of meyer lemons on Sunday. I grabbed a few and had in mind a homemade lemon meringue pie for our Community Group Monday night! So, this is the very first time I actually tasted the difference in a meyer lemon compared to a regular lemon. Holy smokes... meyers are so much better! So here is my first Lemon Meringue Pie and recipe-Enjoy!

    Meyer lemons are a cross between lemons and tangerines. Interesting.
