Any idea out there? I bought them in a bag, instead of individually picking them out. They got soft right away. My mom makes a great apple muffin recipe and I have an apple crisp. They are all gala apples, so more sweet than tart. What would you do? I figured I will make them into a dessert for our community group Monday night. Email me or comment below. HURRY

look up an apple pie recipe if you don't have one, or apple cinnamon muffins! OR skip the whole dessert thing, and put them in apothecary jar or vase!
