COPD and Gene

So most of you know that my step-dad Gene has been having health problems this last week and was diagnosed with COPD/Emphysema at the ER last Thursday.

I am not ready to go into detail about it yet and we will know lots more tomorrow when we take him to a pulmonologist. But rest assured I will certain be an advocate for NOT SMOKING!

But what I want to do know is simply share 2 of my very favorite pictures of Gene and I. The pictures show the relationship between us and therefore you can gather what a big impact this is on our families lives. I LOVE YOU, GENE... and will be your primary advocate!
